 Our Diamonds are cut by the worlds leading Diamontaires. A strict code of conduct ensures all our Diamonds are conflict free and completely natural.
Once the rough diamond is cut by a master craftsman the diamond is sent to be independently analysed and certified. The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) are used to certify the majority of the diamonds we sell. The GIA is the world's leader, and invented the diamond grading process. Their methods and certification are prudent, reliable and trustworthy. The GIA has graded and certified the worlds most expensive diamonds, so who better than to grade yours!
By purchasing direct from leading diamond cutters and using the GIA to certify the diamonds, we guarantee a sparkling treasure with every purchase.
Next, is the Ring or Jewellery item itself. We use Platinum and 18kt Gold for our jewellery and diamond rings. Before a piece is created, we require finger size and the exact diamond measurements; we use this information to accurately model the rings in CAD (Computer Aided Design).
Using CAD in jewellery design enables an exact proportional image in 3D to be created. This file is emailed to you so you can view the actual proportions of how your ring will look. This enables you to change the design, perhaps select a larger diamond or a wider band. Once you are 100% happy with the design and the way the ring will look, we then manufacture. We can design any ring from a photo and simply adjust the diamond to match your budget. Each ring is a unique 'one off' because they are customised for specific clients and tailored to suit. This process is extra special and not only shows thought and careful consideration, but the result is many times better than the drab chain-based jewellery stores that mass produce rings often in low quality. Our diamond rings are hand finished by industry leading jewellers and we personally review and loupe every piece to ensure our high standard is always achieved. We then courier each item with Diamond Certificate in registered Platinum Express Post - signtaure required.
You have 7 full days from receipt of your Diamond Ring to critique and elect to return if you are not satisfied. This period is much longer than if you were in a standard jewellery shop where returns are not allowed - we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy this unique process.
